She was the expert nutritionist on the Logie nominated ‘Eat Yourself Sexy’ on The LifeStyle Channel. Inspiring and uplifting, ‘Eat Yourself Sexy’ encouraged women to take control of their lives and get back on the road to loving themselves.
Emma is a regular media commentator and writer and she has been extensively featured in radio and print media. Her areas of knowledge are incredible and as a result her opinions are regularly sought after.
Emma has featured in print media such as Marie Claire, Body and Soul, Cosmopolitan, Sunday Telegraph, Sydney Morning Herald, MX and is a regular contributor to New Idea magazine. Emma is a fully qualified and registered Naturopath, having completed four years of training in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Homoeopathy as well as a Bachelor of Health Science. She also holds memberships to both the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and the National Herbalists Australian of Australia
She has years of experience in treating women and children throughout the preconception to post natal period. She has completed post graduate training in women’s health and is a certified HypnoBirthing instructor. Emma continues her education by attending the latest seminars on cutting edge research and this ensures that she is a wealth of information for her clients.
Emma is the premier naturopath at the exclusive Hunter Valley Elysia, Golden Door Health Retreat where she is a keynote presenter and consults privately with clients. She also consults to corporate companies and conducts seminars on weight loss, eating for energy and stress management. Emma currently runs her popular Mojo Maker Retreat from this stunning venue.
Emma’s baby daughter, Sophia was born in November 2011 and has been the delight of her life since.
