Kathryn has recently joined Network Ten’s prime time morning show BREAKFAST as their Hollywood Correspondent, producing and hosting packages that give an intelligent inside scoop on showbiz and emerging social trends. The show launched with her two Oscar packages- ‘Behind the Seams’ (were Kathryn examined the billion dollar industry behind red carpet fashion interviewing Minnie Driver and Hollywood’s most powerful fashion stylists) and ‘For Your Consideration’ (were Kathryn exposed the ruthless politics behind Academy Award nominations and wins).
Kathryn is also the host of “Secrets to Your Success” webseries on America’s no.1 website, Yahoo! Kathryn travels across the USA interviewing some of the world’s most successful women as well as sharing her own secrets to creating the career and life of your dreams.
She is currently an expert host on E! Entertainment’s “Style Star” series and Style Networks “Timid Girls Guide To Life” which airs in over 100 countries worldwide. She is also “the voice” of Style network, Australia.
Previously, Kathryn was the Chief Lifestyle Reporter for WNBC’s No.1 rating morning news show, “TODAY In New York” and NBC’s youngest on-air reporter in history.
In her four years at NBC New York, she quickly established herself as a talent both in front and behind the camera- fronting, researching, producing, writing and editing all of her packages. She was named “Best New Talent” in the Dailymail Media section. While at NBC, Kathryn interviewed everyone from Pop culture icons to gang leaders to US Presidents, including President Bill Clinton, Mayor Bloomberg, George Clooney, Cameron Diaz and Bono, to name a few.
A versatile reporter, Kathryn proved to be as comfortable reporting LIVE from news locations, behind the anchor desk, on the red carpet as well as in taped packages. Covering a wide cross-section of subject matter; from her heartbreaking personal profile of a 12-year-old boy fighting to change the laws regarding fire escape windows after the death of his baby brother, to her inspiring “We Beat The Street” series. She covered ‘New York Fashion Week’ exclusively for wNBC and crossed LIVE from the Tribeca Film Festival and backstage at Radio City Music Hall regularly. She has secured exclusive interviews with leading artists, including: Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwen Stefani, Shepard Farley, Daniel Craig, Kate Hudson, Jerry Seinfeld, to name a few.
Kathryn then returned to her native Australia to relaunch ARENA TV and to be the face of the channel and head of all local content. With Kathryn as the host and executive producer “Xclusive” (a daily entertainment news program), quickly became one of the highest rating series on the platform and a premier go-to spot for breaking entertainment news. With live crosses to ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ and exclusive interviews with stars including Sylvester Stallone, Matt Damon and Cate Blanchett.
AUTHOR
An accomplished author, Kathryn was awarded Cosmopolitan Magazine’s ‘Fun Fearless Female Author of the Year’, and has written numerous international bestsellers ‘How To Tell A Woman By Her Handbag” and “How To Tell A Man By His Shoes” published in ten languages and fifteen countries, selling over 40,000 copies in Australia alone. She has contributing to numerous published works, including “Some Girls Do”, “Modern Woman’s Anthology” and “Who Needs Prince Charming” donating all royalties to her chosen charities. HeR first book is currently in the process of being turned into a Hollywood feature film.
Kathryn is a quick witted guest and has appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s TODAY Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, KTLA, VH1’s Fab Life, MTV’s Best Week Ever, MSNBC, ABC News Now, CBS Morning News, TV Guide Channel, Access Hollywood, Extra, LXNY, The Style Network and Fox News’s O’Reilly Factor.
Kathryn’s US media career was launched days after graduating from University of Technology Sydney (where she majored in Communications Journalism and was awarded Most Out sounding Feature in her final year). Kathryn packed her bags and headed to New York City for her first international book tour.

Kathryn is currently the fashion blogger for Yahoo.com.au and the relationship blogger for rescu.com.au. Previously she had a long-standing monthly relationship column for CLEO Magazine and Men’s Health Magazine USA, where she also served as a contributing editor for four years.

Kathryn is the proud Ambassador (and former big sister) for SISTER2sister, a charity that mentors at risk teenage girls, as well as the Ambassador for Black Tie For Breast Cancer. Kathryn’s father is a pediatrician and she is involved with numerous children’s charities, including Children’s Hospitals in Sydney and Los Angeles.
She is currently the Style Ambassador for VS Sassoon.
